Focus Softnet Establishes a Joint Venture with Arthur Lawrence

Focus Softnet is strengthening its footprint across the North American market by entering a joint venture (JV) agreement with Arthur Lawrence to offer digital transformation and business automation solutions in the region.

Arthur Lawrence is an eminent management and technology consultant, best known for providing enterprise-wide technology enablement, digital transformation, and other services in connection to management and technology. Since 2003, the company has partnered with several Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies and offered them solutions centered on talent acquisition, consulting, business process management, and technology enablement.

Arthur Lawrence launches Focus Softnet in the U.S., and it will be operating under the name Focus Softnet AL LLC, headquartered in Pearland, Texas.
