"After working with so many companies in the region for over two decades, we witnessed a constant demand from our existing customers to provide skilled professionals to cater to the technical aspect as well as the operational aspect of our product portfolio, which has created a need for providing placement services specific to this niche. One of the biggest challenges that this industry faces is the successful quality fulfillment of the right kind of resources and with the launch of this division and our tie-up with IT Global Services, we are trying to bridge this gap," explained Ali Hyder, CEO of Focus Softnet.

The new recruitment division will be fronted by the company's vice presidents, Mansur Ahmed, who is also the managing director of IT Global Services and Rohan Tejura.

Focus Softnet said it is developing a curriculum, where specialised courses would be offered to students on general ERP, basic accounting solutions, BI and system admin certification.

"Apart from placing qualified professionals on a permanent or contractual basis, we will be providing onsite training on technical skills set and soft skills within the client's environment," said Tejura. "We have a network of highly experienced trainers, who conduct training and development programmes that can align employees' skills and behaviour to what is needed and expected by the company.
