Focus Softnet is growing across the GCC — and building bigger

Focus Softnet has onboarded 19 professionals across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, and Oman. We're still growing.

The GCC has been our home for over three decades. Through every cycle this region has weathered — economic, technological, and structural — we've stood with the businesses that built it, and with the leaders whose vision has consistently pointed this region toward something greater. Today, we're proud to share a story of continued, deliberate growth.

Over the past few months, 19 professionals have joined our teams across the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, and Oman. They join an organization that, for more than 30 years, has never viewed the GCC as a market to manage from afar — but as a region we actively build within, guided by a deep trust in its people and a genuine faith in the vision its leaders have set for the decades ahead. The ambition shaping this region — from the UAE's commitment to becoming a global innovation hub, to Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, to the quiet, steady progress across Qatar, Kuwait, and Oman — is not backdrop to our work. It is the reason we invest, the reason we hire, and the reason we believe the best of this region is still ahead.

This isn't a reaction to any particular moment. It is the continuation of a long-standing commitment: to stay present, stay reliable, and grow alongside a region we have always believed in. Our expansion is a natural outcome of strong client demand, a healthy project pipeline, and a conviction that when leadership points the way with clarity, the right response is to show up — fully, and for the long term.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR OUR CLIENTS

Growth on our end translates into something meaningful on yours: greater capacity, deeper expertise, and the assurance that your technology partner is here for the long term. Across the GCC, the partners worth working with are the ones who stay — who grow their teams when the pipeline calls for it, who invest in the region not as an obligation but as a conviction. That is the partnership we have always tried to offer, and this expansion is one way of honoring it.

LOOKING AHEAD IN THE GULF

The national visions shaping this region are among the most consequential economic programs anywhere in the world today. From smart cities to digital infrastructure, from diversified economies to world-class enterprise ecosystems — the Gulf is building, and building boldly. Businesses that will execute on those ambitions need technology partners who understand the region, are invested in its future, and have the depth and presence to deliver.

For our clients across the GCC, this expansion means stronger teams on the ground and greater execution capacity. For our partners, it reflects a shared belief in what this region is becoming. And for the 19 professionals who have just joined us — welcome. You are part of something that has been growing here for thirty years and has no intention of slowing down.

The GCC is not a market we serve from afar. It is where we work, where we grow, and where — together with the businesses, the partners, and the leaders shaping its future — we will continue building for decades to come.
