How to Use It – Quick Start Guide
  1. 1. Log in to your CentraHub HCM X account.
  2. 2. Head over to Settings → Global Preferences.
  3. 3. Under General Settings, turn on:
  4. 4. “Trigger Email Notification when Password is Assigned.”
  5. 5. Use the pre-defined email templates under Password Templates — no need to write from scratch.
  6. 6. Go to the employee’s profile, enter a password
  7. 7. Hit Save — the system sends out the email on its own!
