Our system includes a powerful yet often overlooked feature—Capitalization of Asset Updates. This ensures that any improvements or refurbishments made to your fixed assets can be seamlessly added to their capital value, supporting accurate financial tracking and compliance.

What You Get:

This feature enhances the Capitalization of Asset screen by aligning it more closely with the Fixed Asset Master:

  • ⚡Default and custom fields (with properties) from the Fixed Asset Master are now visible in the Capitalization screen.
  • 📌 Fields marked “Mandatory” in the Fixed Asset Master will also be mandatory during capitalization.
  • 🎨If the “Group” selection is mandatory in the Fixed Asset Master, it will also be enforced here.
  • 📋Selecting an asset group will auto-populate related field details across all tabs into the Capitalization screen.
  • 🔎The checkbox “Create a different Fixed Asset for each quantity” is enabled by default but can be unchecked if needed.
